Sweet potato balls with melted chocolate contents

Materials


  1. 200 gr sweet potato
  2. 3 tbsp tapioca flour
  3. Chocolate bar (I use dark chocolate. Optional filling)
  4. 50 gr oatmeal
  5. 2 tbsp honey

Step


  1. Steam sweet potato (purple/yellow/red) and puree

  2. Add tapioca flour and honey,
    stir until all ingredients are well blended

  3. Shape it into small balls and fill them with chocolate

  4. Bring the water to a boil and boil the sweet potato balls until they float

  5. Roll the sweet potato balls into the oatmeal

  6. Toasted sweet potato balls (if you use Teflon, you can not use oil/margarine)
